This morning my watch was displaying an "Update" message, cycling through multiple languages.
At the end of the update process, the watch restarts and displays the "Update" message again.
The watch has been rebooted multiple times but it did not fix the update issue
The update process has been attempted using wi-fi, and Bluetooth on two android phones and one Apple phone, with the same result, the "Update" message displayed on the watch.
The problem appears to be a software issue, but I cannot do a "Factory Reset" as I cannot access the option on the watch.
Is this a known problem?
Any Suggestions?
Is there support in Australia?

Just called Fitbit and had them walk me through this. (1) In the app, click on your profile in upper left. (2) Click on +Add a New Device. (3) Choose to replace existing Versa 3. (4) follow all prompts. Update takes about a few minutes.

Unfortunately, that did not work, The process "Downloads" then "Installs" and finally "Syncs", a few seconds later it displays "Update Failed" and gives two options, "Try Again" and "Try Bluetooth"
Not Happy
