Hiya
I noticed today that my Versa 3 recorded 51 active zone minutes during a 33 minute walk 😅
Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? Wondering if my Fitbit is malfunctioning, whether I need to change some settings or I'm just a bit thick and reading it wrong haha
All the best
M

Hello @MacNCheese0 and welcome to the Community. If you recently upgraded from an older model, you should know that the Versa 3 awards active zone minutes, not active minutes like older models. Active zone minutes give you 1x the number of minutes in the fat burn zone and 2x the number of minutes in the cardio and peak zones. Help article The CDC and WHO changed their activity guidelines several years ago. Active zone minutes are more consistent with current recommendations.
You also need to know that active zone minutes use a different equation to calculate heart rate zones. You'll notice that your fat burn heart rate zone starts at a faster heart rate. These heart rate zones are also consistent with current CDC recommendations.
