Versa 3 bands won't stay latch

Hello.

 

I bought a versa 3 that will not lock a band in place on one side of the device. 

I have tried the original bands the device came with and 3rd party ones and both have the same issue.

Hi there, @Kleary. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3's bands. 

 

To properly attach a band, press it into the end of the watch until you hear a click and it snaps into place. The band with the loops and peg attaches to the top of the watch. For step-by-step instructions, review the user manual for Versa 3 pag.15-16.

I have read the instructions that you posted above but the issue is when I place the bands into the versa 3 slots one side will not lock it in place and then that side comes lose easily just by moving.
