Hi,
I have a versa 3 watch for less than 5 months and recently after I charge it, the battery lasts less than a day.
I did a reboot and a update via the app but still having issues.
Any suggestions on what I can do?

Hi there, @Taz_1910. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here (as @NellyG suggested you) and they've already assisted you. If you still need help or have any questions/concerns regarding the outcome of your case, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance.
On a side note, please bear in mind, in case you're using Snore Detection, that this feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
See you around.

Hi Maria,
I actually contacted the support team via a call before posting here, to see if there was any other suggestions that was they provided. They advised to update the software on the app and after charging the watch there is no difference in the battery life. It still only lasts a day and I do not have or use the Snore Detection feature and I have not slept with the watch on either.
The previous Fitbit Versa3 I had also had an issue with the battery and the charger was heating up, which in turn never really charged the watch.
I'll get in touch with them again and see what else they advise
Regards, 🙂
