Versa 3 battery is draining quickly

Battery life is only lasting 48 hrs after every 100% charge

@Triciaf07 Can you tell us more about how you use the device? How old is your Versa 3? Do you use the GPS a lot? Snore detection? Always On Display? SPo2 clockface? All those things eat up a lot of battery. Also batteries in general decay over the life of a device, so if your Versa 3 is a couple years old, it would not be unusual for the battery to not last as long as it once did. Also recommend you perform a restart or factory reset to see if that helps.

Hello it’s 7 months old. I only use it for steps and the time tbh, I’ve never used any other function on it yet, apart form in the summer when was working out would but the timer on for that other than that that’s it. I’ve reset it many of times, it’s only just started doing it the last 3 weeks.

I spoke with someone on live chat and they gave me a case number but can’t seem to get back in contact with live chat now 😕

I’ve just recently purchased a Fitbit Versa 3, around Christmas for my partner.
This watch has only been in use for 8 days and the battery is dying within 48hrs after a full charge. Is this a reoccurring issue? 
I own a Sense 2 and only need to charge it once a week.. Thanks!

Please check help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? Check that snore detection is not active since that drains the battery faster than usual.
