Versa 3 battery is draining quickly

Hi All, i will like to check. My fitbit versa 3 battery was at 22%. And i charged it to 100% after 1 hours. After i took it down and wear it. About 3 to 5 mins the batt was 92%. May i know is my fitbit batt having some problems?

And may i know what does it mean by third-party clock face?

The same thing happen to me my Versa 3 was 86% charged  on Monday then yesterday the screen was black and now on my dashboard 0%. I thought it was my charger its not ..... it  has to be the new update. That we cannot download because it thinks the device is not charge....SMH

Hi I still need "Help" with this I have looked at trouble shooting videos. But the new firmware with the battery is the issue. My Versa 3 was 86% charged on Monday. But Sunday my Fitbit did not sync the time was wrong then I restarted it before bed and it had the correct time and was 90%. Monday it was morning it work. Then by the evening it was totally black and would glitch to the Fitbit icon. I have 3 different Fitbit brand chargers and typically use the wall plug. Yesterday I just left my Versa connected to the computer which would turn on but 0% battery and it would get warm to the touch after numerous soft/hard reset. I do not know if this can be fixed. But the firmware should not deplete the battery life.

I echo what the other users have reported. Prior to the “Firmware Update”, my Fitbit versa 3 could go five days without a charge. After the update, I can’t even get through one day before the watch is dead. Please issue a corrected update as soon as possible or tell us how to remove this previous update.

I never check battery level, as I get notified on my phone when my Versa 3 battery level is low, and it goes on charge sometime in the next day. Generally it lasts 4 or 5 days.

After the upgrade the battery was at 98%, but over the next night the Versa 3 died completely. I'd never seen that before and was thinking it had failed. I put it on charge and appeared dead for a couple minutes then I disconnected it and the screen came on with red 0%. I fully recharged it to 100% but now loses it charge at an alarming rate, and a full charge having lasted 4 or 5 days is only about 7 or 8 hours. 

It is totally unusable as is starting to interfere with my activities, rather than record them. 

I never go into settings on the web site, only using the app, but notice GPS is set to ON, and no option for turning it off. I don't know if that setting is normal, but if you have a phone constantly on GPS it drains the battery. 

Needs to be sorted or I'll ditch Fitbit after 7 years of using them.

I’m also having the same issue and it’s really frustrating.. is there anything we can do? My battery is now dying in 2-3 days as opposed to 5!

I am also having this issue. I don’t understand why this is happening after only having the device 7 months.

Did you just install the “Firmware Update”? That’s when I started having problems with rapid battery discharge.

I am having the same battery issue as everyone else. Use to last several days. Now my battery only last several hours. Am very frustrated since I have only had mine since June 2022.

Did you just install the Firmware Update? That’s what did it to mine.
