Versa 3 battery issues

My versa 3 stopped working at 10.37 last night. Tried charging but it's getting red hot. It won't switch on. I've tried cleaning etc this morning. Can you please advise

Hi @MiloMoo - did the watch get wet at some point, it has the symptoms of some internal damage.

Don't charge it if it gets hot as that can be dangerous.

If under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, take it back to where you bought it for replacement with a new one.
