Hi my Versa 3 has stopped working, won't turn on, I tried cleanung as advised , charging eventhough I am sure it was charged, but it gets really hot when connected to the charger. I'm stack this is the second one , was replaced less than 2 months ago. 

 

Please help 🙏

Hi @Silvana.K Unfortunately nothing anyone here can really advise on with it getting hot when charging. Contact Fitbit Support
