Versa 3 battery issues

my versa 3 was fine until 4 days ago when charged in the morning, the battery dropped to 23% by 5 pm. This is not normal and usually holds a charge for more than 2 days. Now I’m finding that I need to charge my versa 3 at least 2 times a day.   I turned off the spO2 and reduced functions that would drain the battery to no avail.

Hi @Eryn123 - if the watch hasn't got a fault try the following

• shutdown the watch from the watch Settings menu, wait 10 seconds before restarting
• change the clock face
• turn off the phone's Bluetooth to see if this makes a difference

If the watch gets hot when charging stop immediately, it may have water or other internal damage which can cause sudden short battery life.

If it is under warranty consider getting it replaced.
