Versa 3 battery issues

Versa 3 was suddenly not holding a charge and then it just won’t even boot up. When on the charger, the logo appears for a while while frequently buzzing and the screen goes black while buzzing continues and then eventually everything stops. I cleaned the connections as suggested.

Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

Let me know if after trying the above you keep getting the Fitbit logo only.
