Versa 3 battery life

I have the versa 3 for not even a year now. It started 2 days ago where it went off then became hot. It cooled down and I charged it. But ever since then a 100% charge won’t even last more than 2 hours before it switches off. Any tips on what I can do?

Hi @talrejakit - the watch is faulty and if it gets hot (especially when charging) stop immediately. This can happen if it gets water in it.

As it is under warranty get it replaced.
