From any clock face on my Versa 3, swipe up produces just a blank screen. [Used to start weather app.] Swipe down, left, and right all work fine.

Hi @Mdenboer - try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If still not working, as the weather app may be corrupted and can't be installed individually a factory reset may resolve it. It will require a complete setup.
Be careful as it is not risk free, but charge the watch beforehand and wait 5 minutes once started from watch settings, it might work.

As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
