Versa 3 stopped working

I have a versa 3 I purchased from Amazon in April, it has since quit working at all. How do I send it in for warranty work?

Hello @Toadman56 and welcome to the Community.  Amazon is an authorized retailer.  BUT, Amazon is a marketplace site.  More than half of the items are sold by third party vendors.  Your Versa 3 has a warranty with Fitbit if it was Shipped and Sold by Amazon.  Please review your purchase history to see who sold you your Versa 3.  If your Versa 3 was Shipped and Sold by Amazon, then contact Support for a warranty claim.  If your Versa 3 was sold by a third party vendor, did you buy an extended warranty?

I did not get an extended.....and yes it is a third party vendor, I have an e-mail into him now.
