I've been using my clock face fir a few years  but it disappeared today. Any ideas why? It doesn't show up when I tap my watch

Hi there, @Devoncatt. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. @Guy_ Thanks for helping out!

As suggested, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@WestCoastingIt Hey there! Welcome on board. 🙂 I'm glad to hear you're back on track, thanks for sharing what worked for you!

HI @Devoncatt - what shows up instead when you double tap the watch?

It might be time to sync your watch and do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
