Hi there, @Skp--Sandra69. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3.

To better assist you, would you mind giving more details of the issue? I mean, I'd like to know if the screen is completely blank or it's stuck on the time?

If the screen is fully blank, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

On the other hand, if the screen is stuck on the time, please check if your Versa 3 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enable, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi There. Just wanted to thank you for your advise in the lower post..

Changing the clock face seems to have done the trick. All the little icons (feet, stairs, pulse ect) have

started showing the calculation again..

Cheers!
