Versa 3 blank screen

My fitbit versa 3 display is not working infact watch is working but the display is not showing anything please tell me how to solve this

Hi @Ahmadbilal - to see if it is a watch fault, double tap the screen and swipe it in any direction, if there is a display coming, change the clock face.

Also try holding the button for 10 seconds till the watch vibrates and wait. If you get no Logo appearing the watch has a fault.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may ask you to do a factory reset but this cannot be completed without a display so if it is working otherwise don't factory reset it. Get a replacement instead.
