Versa 3 blank screen

Hello. 
My versa 3 won’t start. 2 days ago the screen went black even if had 45% battery and nothing I do works.

it’s fully charged, it even vibrates when I get calls but the screen it’s black. 
help if you know other ways of turning it on besides restart from the button, changing the clock face, restart when it’s charging, etc.
