My versa 3 has just a black screen and will not respond to pressing the side button.

Tried to call Fitbit customer service a number of times, but were disconnected with a message saying someone should call me back to my phone number. Unfortunately, no one called me back. My sister's watch screen is dead, but when she walks with the watch on, the record reflects to her phone. How can that be fixed: seems like there is no button on the side to press on her watch. My sister told me her watch worked find for about a month, but then the screen became dead. Hope my sister's Versa 3 can be fixed ASAP.
In addition, my watch band with with the snap hook side is broken. I thought I had an extra set of band in the box. Unfortunately, I found only a band with holes with larger size was there without the snap hook one. Please let me know where I can get of buy it.

I’m the exact same. Screen went black this morning and now all it does is vibrate. I’ve tried the long restart by holding down on side button for 15 secs but I see nothing. Also tried changing clock face in app but since it can’t find my Fitbit that hasn’t worked either.
HELP!!!
