Versa 3 blank screen

My Versa 3 first started acting weird only showing the main screen. Then I wasn't able to swipe the screen. The screen then turned black and green (outer space/northern lights face) now the face is black. I know its working because I feel the vibration when I try to reset it or if I hit goals, but I have no clue of my markers unless I log into the app. Can someone help me or is time to purchase a new one? I bought this one last year.

Hi there, @MECY. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As a first approach, please confirm that you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, as @Rge suggested, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@MECY

you might try installing a different clock face from the fitbit app preferably one by Fitbit. At this point you have nothing to lose

make sure it’s for your Versa 3
