Versa 3 blank screen

Screen is black on my versa 3. Green light sensors still come on,, and still get the haptic feedback from the button on the side. Held that down for a restart. Fitbit logo comes back up after its restarted but then it goes back to black 

What next

I had the same problem today and I took my Versa 3 off Bluetooth and put it back on. That seemed to solve the problem.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Same problem. I did what they stated to do and nothing... seems like everyone is having an issue with versa 3.  So completely dissatisfied with fitbit,  I have had 4 fitbits and they just crap out,  never make it past 1& 1 /2 years..  you can do better Fitbit, we have to... shouldn't we be striving to be more green and earth conscious. Instead make products that cost 200 dollars and fingers crossed they last more than a year.
