My versa 3 had a white vertical line . I restarted it 2x and it still showed it. Then it became all white so the interface didn’t show anymore. Now it won’t even turn on. I’ve only had this for just over a year

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have the same problem with my versa 2. Last year after only have my versa 2 for about a year I had the black screen. I call customer support and after trying numerous things I was sent a new one. Now the same thing has happened. I have used fitbit for many years, but the Versa is terrible!!! I will not be purchasing another one. Why pay for something that only last a year??
