Versa 3 blank screen

I charged my watch on New Year’s Eve. It was working just fine. New Year’s Day I went to put it back on & it is showing a black screen except for a moon & will not stay on long. I thought maybe it had something to do with my phone so I rebooted that. It is working & calculating but my watch is not & black….why

From what you've mentioned, I'd assume that your device is in sleep mode. Please swipe right from the clock face to access quick settings and tap the button with the half moon symbol to turn it off.
