Versa 3 blank screen

Hello my display screen will not show anything despite being charged. When I press the wake button it vibrates but nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello! Thank you for your reply. When I click the link to see how to restart it doesn’t have an option to select my device? Can you advise further?

@Snelson29 You're welcome! To restart your Versa 3, please press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
