Hi all
My Fitbit versa 3 screen is very dark cannot see time when outside.Restarted the watch, the logo comes on but I cannot swipe to get apps or shutdown.
This has been like this for a month.
Any ideas would be grateful

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for your post, I have tried the following and it still has not worked.The screen is still stuck a d unable to swipe, changed the clock face and restarted the watch.i have uninstall the app, clear cache etc.so frustrating, the watch is fully charged
