Oh dear, @ade196512 , that is very bad news! I am so sorry to hear it.
The short answer is that Fitbit does not offer any official repairs at all. However, if you Google it, you will find some YouTube tutorials on repairing it yourself, using materials purchased on the internet, if you feel confident enough. That is probably the cheapest method. Alternatively you might be able to visit a local phone repair shop and find someone willing to undertake the job for you.
Unfortunately the Fitbit warranty, in keeping with most other policies, does not cover accidental damage. You may find that a replacement is covered under your household insurance or other insurance policy.
