My Versa3 button fell off and it makes the device almost useless to me. Fitbit don't recognize my Amazon order number but I'm still within the 1 year warranty. Any advice?

Hi @Paul1971 - don't worry, it's not a fault with the watch as it has no button to fall off.
Worn on the left arm place your thumb to the left of the watch and first finger to the right and squeeze so that the fleshy part of the thumb covers the button hole. Don't try touse a finger nail.
If that is not working because it is not responding, swipe the watch to the left and at the bottom do Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
This should restore it to normal working.
