Versa 3 button is stuck

I have purchased Versa3 a few days back. The side button is stuck and unable to use the watch.

Hi there, @Kpdon2627. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3.

As @SteveH and @Guy_ has mentioned, please know that Versa 3 doesn't have physical button. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 

If the button is still not responding, try placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 

If the about doesn't work, try restarting your watch. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Are you sure? The Versa 3 doesn't have a real button, it's just a touch sensitive strip so doesn't move. Have you managed to get through the setup process ok?

HI @Kpdon2627 -  to add to what @SteveH says, to use the button with the watch on the left arm place the thumb to the left of the watch and first finger to the right and squeeze so the fleshy part of the thumb covers the haptic button.

It is good to practice turning the display on and off to get the hang of it.
