My Versa 3 button on the left side of the watch doesn’t work. It seems like it is stuck.
I can’t clear the screen if this isn’t working

Hi @JR1972 - there isn't a clicking button on a Versa 3, so no it's not stuck. It may possibly need cleaning or drying though.
It's a haptic button actioned by placing your thumb on the left of the watch and first finger on the right and squeezing so the fleshy part of your thumb covers the indented area.
You can't use a finger nail or other objects.
If it is still a problem and the watch is still navigatable, sync it with the app then in watch Settings at the bottom you will find Shutdown.
Place it on the charger after at least 10 seconds and it will charge and start.
