My Versa 3 left button is depressed and despite trying suggestions found it has not released. It has now also run out of charge and after charging will not come back on.

Hi there, @KSomerville. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Regarding the Versa 3's button, to use it, press the entire button sensor, where you see the indentation. You’ll feel your watch vibrate. You may have to experiment to find the best position. Keep in mind that Versa 3 doesn't have physical button. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

As for the battery issue, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

I've moved your post to the Versa 3 board for organization purposes.
