Versa 3 keeps Disconnecting

No matter what I try my new versa 3 keeps disconnecting from my phone, missing calls and texts. Extremely frustrating when you pay for something that doesn’t work.  Restarted the watch rebooted the phone many times. It connects straight away but with out warning it disconnects.  iPhone 13 all up to date.  Looking at changing away from Fitbit and been with you for 10 odd years.

I've just bought a Versa 3 and having the same problems.  Very frustrating!

Hi @Clive179 , @Magsr57  - do check your battery optimization settings to make sure that neither Bluetooth or the Fitbit App are being closed to save battery, and that you are not closing them manually either.

For notifications to work the Fitbit App must be running in background. It is also possible that you don't get notifications when the screen is locked or off and those phone settings need adjusting. See also

I ended up spending over an hour on the Fitbit chat.  After even trying a factory reset, they've decided it's faulty and are sending me a replacement.   Hope you get yours sorted.
