My Fitbit wont sync anymore with my phone, did all the things they say including the hard software reset and now it's still not working. It's only 2 years old how is this even possible?

To avoid confusions and asking you to do anything twice if not needed, could you please describe what you already tried?
I assume that you read this, right? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
What phone are you using?
Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed. We just released a new update in the last few days.

I'm also having the same problem but I just set my Fitbit up 2 days ago. The exact same issue was happening with my inspire 3 and I couldn't get notifications at all anymore and I was SO tired of having to uninstall and reinstall the app so I just bought a new Fitbit.
So when I open the Fitbit app, you can see all of the data, but I don't get any notifications. All of my permissions are on, I've turned them off, restarted, turned them back on and restarted again. I've cleared my cache. I've checked for updates. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I'm honestly just so tired of it. Even my inspire would only ever be synced for a day and then I would stop receiving notifications.
