Since 6 months I can't use my Fitbit anymore because it can't be connected with my iPhone. As you can see in the picture it says that it is connected but the app cannot synchronise. The strange thing is that there is no "i" behind the Versa therefore I cannot let the iPhone forget the device and start all over. I tried everything such as restarting the Fitbit, restarting the iPhone reinstall the Fitbit app. Nothing works. I can't use the Fitbit any more due to this problem because also the time is not synchronised anymore. Do you have any suggestions?

By the way: I have bought my Fitbit less than 1 year ago. It is still under guarantee. But no I for action can be found on where I can send my Fitbit to. And the only way to get support from Fitbit is via Twitter… Anyone advice on how to return my fitbit?

Same problem. Very annoying. Several times a day the message that fitbit cannot be synchronized and ‘versa controls’ doesn’t work at all
