Versa 3 charging issues

Hello my versa 3 is not charging and it's getting hot when charging can someone help. What is going on and how can I fix it?

Hi @Ollie3  - if your watch gets hot when charging stop immediately as that can be dangerous.

 

It is likely to have internal damage, possibly from water getting in.

 

If it is under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, take it back to where you bought it for replacement.

Hello I sent my versa 3 through the mail a week ago. I haven't heard
anything back and was wondering what was going on.

The same here: I shared the issues regarding recharging need twice per day+ lost the heart monitoring; I just received a case number and nobody come back with details regarding replacement. It's bought from fitbit.com shop 1.5 years ago
