My versa 3 band has always come apart at the top latch. At first I thought maybe the band was defective but I now believe it is the clasp itself. I cant find and email to talk with anyone from support to see if it can be sent in to be looked at.

Hi @Sramirez6628 - the clasp on the watch can be faulty and the watch needs replacing under warranty where you bought it.
