Versa 3 clock face turned black

Have a Versa 3 connected to my iPhone. Enjoy changing the face for different seasons/months. Have had current face on for about a month. Yesterday, instead of the flower picture, a black screen with white displays for time, steps, date and battery life was there instead. If I jiggle my arm, the flower picture pops up for about 10 seconds then goes back to the black/white. I did have my watch in my pocket for a while yesterday so wondering if something got “poked” but not sure what or how to change it back!

Hi there, @DBNana. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please take the information provided by @SunsetRunner into consideration. 🙂

Additionally, if you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello @DBNana

It sounds like your using a third party clock face. If your experiencing issues with your current clock face you can change it by opening your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 3 then tap gallery. Here you will find your original clock face and other clock faces you have installed. If you feel that the current one your using is having issues try selecting your original clock face then sync your Fitbit to accept the change then go back to the stored clock faces using the same steps I described and tap the clock face with the different seasonings/months you like to see if it is behaving better.
Hopefully that will resolve the issue. Please let me know. 😃 Happy Stepping!
