My clock face changed overnight (on its own) and all of my previous faces are gone, replaced by ones I’ve never used.
on the app when I go to clocks, I’m denied access.

Hi @Casmommps - first step is to restart the watch, second step, swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure you don't have Always On selected, this can show a different view.
If you recently setup your watch again because of a problem it can change the clocks assigned to your account which you may not have noticed earlier.
