My Versa 3 has just started rebooting continuosly about every second for the passed hour now it's dead and won't turn on, any ideas? Contacted fit bit and all they told me was they would give me warranty options!

Hello @Alimac50 and welcome to the Community. If you can't charge it and it doesn't turn on, then this sounds like a device failure. Replacing it under warranty seems like the right choice for you.
