I’ve read posts on this subject going back two years and with no improvement. I’ve done the “reset” multiple times a day. I’ll connect and 5 min later it will be unconnected. So texts and phone calls never make it through.
I either have a lemon, or Fitbit has yet to fix this issue. I’ve held onto it for way longer then I should and missed my opportunity for a refund.

Hi @Summer.C - Versa 3 Controls won;t stay connected - they are used for music or calls and only connect when needed.
The Versa 3 is the one used for notifications - see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If that is not working you won't get anything.
