Versa 3 cracked screen

I cracked my versa 3 screen and I am looking for screen to replace it but I cannot find a versa 3 screen. I was wondering if the versa 2 screen could replace the versa 3  or is there somewhere to get a versa 3 screen for cheap

Hi @Gabbyie  there are no repair centers or spare parts from Fitbit for these devices. There may be places online that repair them, but the price may be more than the price of a replacement device. You could check with a watch repair person to see if they could fix the screen. If the screen gets replaced, it probably would be best to never put it around water again.

I have the same issue. Can i replace my fitbit versa 3 screen with versa 2 screen? (My versa3 screen not working. But versa3 screen not available in market, but vrsa2 screen is available)

You cannot replace the screen. Your best bet is to contact Fitbit support and hopefully they can / and will provide a discounted replacement for you if it's out of its one year warranty. I'm not Fitbit support but it's worth a try.

You may be able to find a place to "fix" it but they will be shady and likely charge you more than the Fitbit itself including labor. 

Just buy a new one and contact Fitbit support first.

Please note the screen cannot be replaceable. When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.

However, as our warranty states, it doesn't apply to damage or defects caused by:

(a) use with non-Fitbit products
(b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes
(c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching
(d) operating the Product:

     (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Fitbit

     (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by Fitbit

     (iii) with improper voltage or power supply.

I guess it was a mistake to buy a product which can not be be fixed. I have a cracked glass too. 

Will go for an Apple Watch now, never ever I will touch a Fitbit in future.

Sad and disappointing, all these customers with cracked screens, and no help from Fitbit. Obviously your screens are cheap. I had a Samsung watch for years, and never cracked the screen, I've had this watch for a month.. When reaching out for help, you give a puny discount. No support to us when we are supporters of you. Totally horrible customer service and no regard for your customers..

I’ve noticed that Versa 3 screens are for sale here and there (eBay, Ali etc). Has anybody tried any of these?

My fitbit versa 3 was purchased 5 days ago and the screen is cracked. Will this be covered by warranty?

Hi @Rgear  usually a cracked screen isn't covered, but you can always try. If you got it at a local retailer, you might have an easier time of exchanging it there.

I don't need anything to be covered. I just want to buy a new screen and
pay for my watch to be fixed. Apparently, Fitbit haven't included this
possibility in their commercial model. Frankly, I find this disgraceful.
