I’ve tried contacting FitBit customer service. I have had absolutely no help from them whatsoever.
some of you may have experienced the same issue, I’m turning to you all for possible help.
my FitBit vERSA has been charging all night. It reads at 92%!? How can this be? The info from Fitbit states it should fully change within two hours?
I have followed all Fitbit “solutions”, which didn’t change the outcome. Any suggestions or help would be highly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Hi @ElaineMorgan you really shouldn't leave any Fitbit on the charger all night. I've had Fitbits of various styles and when the power seems stuck, I unplug it for a half hour or so. Once I plug it back in, it seems to fully charge. Have you tried that?
