Music on Versa disappeared

the music on my versa is not on there anymore - it was 2 days ago and now it's not.  I have gone to the Fitbit app on computer and it shows my playlist but there is no music loaded.   I have tried to re transfer music but that will not work either. How do I fix it?

I'm also sorry to hear that the music you've downloaded to your Fitbit Versa, doesn't appear any more. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how to download music to your watch and make sure that you followed the steps listed in the article. If the issue persists, let me know and I'll be happy to follow up.

the music is now on the versa watch but for some reason i can not listen to it thru blue tooth ear buds.  I check to see if the ear buds are connected and they are connected so i'm at a loss.  I've reconnected several times and it will not work.. I have also tried using the ear buds with a different device and they work fine.

My music app disappeared on from my online app; i have the versa 2 I should be able to add my music; what happened to the app?

Hi @vsims722 - unfortunately Fitbit have removed the possibility to load music to any watch.

If you have music already on the watch it should still be there.
