Hi community,

My mum gave me her fitbit, however it doesn't have a charger or a box so I wonder if their is any way to see what model I have? I assume it is a versa, but which kind? Is there any way to know?

If it's one of the 3 types of Versa then:

  • if it has one button on the left and two buttons on the right then it's the original Versa
  • if it has no buttons on the right but there is a small hole on the right then it's the Versa 2
  • if it has nothing on the right then it's the Versa Lite

Hello @KathyHendricks and welcome to the Community.  This link to all the Fitbit manuals has color pictures of every model.  The current models are at the top of the list.  The rest are in alphabetical order.

Hi @KathyHendricks - you can use the free SimpleCheckUp app which should report the exact model and colour amongst other things.
