Hello everyone,
My versa 3 is completely unresponsive. The screen doesn't turn on and I don't feel any vibration.
I tried pressing on the button for 8-10s as advised to start it in case it was turned off, but I feel no vibration and the Fitbit logo doesn't show.
It's been charging for over 24h as this point, and the battery was well charged when it went unresponsive anyway, so the issue isn't there.
My phone is the Pixel 7, which is supposedly compatible given it's on Android 13.
This leads me to believe the unit is defective, however I might just not understand how the watch works.
Thanks in advance for your help, I really appreciate it.

Hi @dass_j - as a first step see the article How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen as it may simply not be charging.
You can verify the charge level in the app but check the last time it synced as the level will be at that time and it may simply have discharged since.
It could also be the watch has developed a fault, often from water getting in. If it gets or got hot while charging stop immediately as this confirms the fault.

Hi Guy,
Thank you for your answer. It randomly went from having ~90% battery (at 5:00 AM at the time of the last sync) to not working, which I noticed at around 9 AM on the same day. The watch stayed at the same temperature and therefore I don't suspect internal damage.
