Versa 2 is unresponsive

My fitbit won't let me tap on the screen. It is intermittent 

 Now it's stuck on walk activity and it won't let me stop it.

Think it may be water damaged. I wear it swimming and recently went in sea water... Could this be the problem?

How do I resolve it ?

Hi @NikkiNet - try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to restart.

But water ingression can often be the problem, especially if it is not new. 

If the restart doesn't help and it's under warranty it can be replaced where you bought it.
