Versa 3 cracked screen

My Fitbit has got a crack screen after wearing for only 2 months is it covered by a warranty

Hi @Maggiej62  you can ask support, but also check with the credit card company, if you purchased with one. Often the credit card company has a warranty on items purchased that has worked for other Fitbit owners who filed a claim.
