You can contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
Fitbit don't have service centres and their products are not generally repairable but it's worth contacting them to see what they can do to help.
Note though that accidental damage is excluded from the warranty. You can see the full warranty terms via the link at the bottom of this page.

As @SteveH has mentioned, please note the screen cannot be replaceable and/or repaired.
Before doing something to your watch, please review Availability or repair facilities/spare parts and Exclusions and Limitations.
When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.
