My versa 3 screen shows solid coloured lines. I cannot get a clock face or widgets and will not turn off with the buttons.
Does anyone have any ideas I might try to rectify this situation

Hi there, @Top13. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for your advice, but due to the display itself being corrupted nothing short of a new screen was going to rectify the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty and was replaced.
