Versa 3 exercise icon not working on watch

Hiya,

im just wondering if anyone else is having problems with their exercise icon on their Versa 3 watch? It’s the only icon on the watch not working, everytime I press it it’s like it’s restarting and sends me back to the icons again. I’ve tried restarting the watch and reconnecting the watch again to my phone and nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @Seofall89 - this does happen occasionally and requires a factory reset to fix it, if a restart didn't.

 

You can do a factory reset from the watch Settings, About versa 3 menu [perhaps, as that might not work either] but be aware you can destroy the watch when doing it.

 

Best to charge the watch first and to not touch the watch when you started the factory reset for at least 5 minutes until it is showing the initial screen and then set it up all over again.

 

It is a good idea to not the names of any clock faces or apps in the Gallery tile first for reinstalling if necessary.

 

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for more assistance.
