Versa 3 face detached

DETACHED FACE: I've been trying to reach out to support about the face on my fitbit. It detached and is just hanging.  I can't reach them  by phone or chat. Any ideas on how I can get this fixed?  I don't know why I keep buying these. This is the fourth one over the years that I've had to replace. I take good care of them but they don't last. I should go with Apple.
