My versa 3 is getting stuck and freezing every time I try to access settings. I have tried holding down the side button until it resets, however each time I go back to settings in freezes again. Any advice on how to troubleshoot this?

Hi @emilyldaly - if a watch restart doesn't fix it, a factory reset might. If the OS is corrupted you may have problems using the Today app or any of the other apps or display of them.
However tread carefully as a factory reset can break the watch completely, or cause a loss of clock faces and apps if you live in the EEA.
It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset or replacement if necessary, to help with reinstalling.
Once a factory reset is started leave the watch do it's thing for 5 minutes till you see the logo and the new setup instructions, then set it up as for a new watch but choose the replace option in this process.
